Owning our own home had always been a dream for my husband, and myself. 
Kyle Olson was able to turn that dream into a reality.  We were extremely fortunate
to have Kyle as our realtor.  He took the time to sit down with us and explain the 
house buying process and really listened to our wants and our needs so that we 
weren’t wasting time looking at houses that didn’t fit our family.  Kyle was very 
accommodating with our schedules when it came time to look at houses and showed 
us only the ones that met our criteria.  When it came time to bid on the house of our 
dreams Kyle was very informative on the process and offered great advice on how 
to make a competitive offer that would stand out from others.  Kyle was on the ball 
with all paperwork going out of his way even meeting us at work to make sure 
everything was signed and delivered on time.  We were so excited when Kyle told us 
that our offer was accepted and are now living in a beautiful house that has 
everything we asked for.  We have already referred several people looking for houses 
to Kyle Olson and will continue to do so.  Kyle was there for us every step of the way 
making our experience fun, exciting and easy!
